### Go1 Makes It Easy to Build Custom Learning Playlists Fast

It solves the technical bottleneck of integrating separate content libraries into our central Learning Management System (LMS) and enterprise tools. Managing individual SCORM packages and multiple SSO integrations from various content providers was a maintenance nightmare. Also it serves as a unified content pipeline. Go1 pipes content directly into our existing LMS and platforms like microsoft teams via a single, stable integration. This reduces IT maintenance, keeps user access secure, and ensures our employees don't have to navigate multiple portals or remember new passwords just to take a course.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

I really appreciate how quickly we can spin up customized learning playlists for different teams. Whether we need immediate micro-learning modules for new employee onboarding or structured tracks for specialized skills, the sheer diversity of content formats (videos, interactive courses, articles) lets us cater to different learning styles without building materials from scratch.

#### Cons

Go1 functions brilliantly as a content hub, but its native reporting and analytics capabilities are relatively basic if used as a standalone portal. To get granular insights like automated progress tracking across complex learning paths, predictive completion analytics, or custom compliance auditing we really need to integrate it into a dedicated, enterprise-grade Learning Management System (LMS)

Overall Go1 dramatically improved our learning and development capabilities. We accelerated onboarding , compliance training and professional development tracks all from a central high quality content hug. the platform ease of integration with tools loke teams and Docebo reduced administrative overhead. Completion rates rose and learners appreciated the flexibility to learn anytime, anywhere. while customization and analytics could be better , the quick time to values and centralize learning content made Go1 indispensable for our L&D initiatives.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

What stands out Go1's massive, high-quality content library over 100,000 courses sourced from hundred of learning providers, covering compliance, leadership, technical skills, wellness and more. The variety made it simple to curate playlists for different departments , roles and career levels. Integration capabilities such as with Microsoft team and Decebo made embedding Go1 content into existing workflows effortless. Finally the platform is intuitive , with clean navigation and a mobile responsive interface that supported learning on the go

#### Cons

Despite its breadth some content felt outdated or inconsistent in delivery quality certain courses were long videos without interactive quizzes which impact engagement. Custom course authoring lacked flexibility to craft truly unique learning paths, Advanced reporting features like predictive analytics ore real-time insights were not available out of the box and often required coordination with our customer success manager

#### Reasons for switching to Go1

I switched from Linkedln learning and internal sharePoint based training. While Linkedln learning offered quality content, Go1 provided broader content diversity and better integration with out LMS.

Overall, my organization used Go1 for about 1 year. We purchased licenses through our LMS provider. We used all of our credits, and when it was time to renew, we decided to use other platforms

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 2/5
- Customer support: 5/5

#### Pros

What I liked most about Go1 was the amount of trainings that are on the platform. It is a nice variety.

#### Cons

What I liked least about Go1 is the quality of the trainings. For the topics I needed, they were mostly videos, not really any interactive/SCORM training.

### solid learning library for compliance and upskilling, breadth is the main win

solid platform for what we needed, mainly automating compliance training and giving teams self-serve access to learning. saves us from buying multiple individual vendor subscriptions. not perfect but the breadth of content makes up for the rough edges. would recommend for mid-size IT orgs.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

course library is huge, we use it for compliance training (iso 27001, security awareness) and also for tech upskilling on cloud and devops topics. integration with our SSO was straightforward. reporting is decent, we can track completion across teams which makes audit prep way easier. mobile experience works well too for people who learn on the go.

#### Cons

some courses feel dated or repetitive across different vendors in the catalog. search and filtering inside the library could be better, sometimes hard to find the exact course you want without scrolling through too many results. pricing structure also took a while to figure out, the playlist vs premium content split wasn't clear upfront. customer support response times have been hit or miss.

#### Reasons for choosing Go1

the main draw was the breadth of the content library. linkedin learning is good but mostly focused on tech and business skills, didn't have the compliance and security awareness depth we needed. udemy business has volume but quality varies a lot, hard to standardize across teams. go1 had pre-built compliance tracks plus integrations with our existing tools which made the rollout cleaner. pricing was also more predictable for our team size.

### A practical learning platform with an excellent variety of content

- Overall rating: 4/5

- Company size: 2-10 employees
- Product usage: Used weekly for less than 6 months
- Reviewed: August 2026

My overall experience with Go1 has been positive. I mainly value it as a centralized learning platform because it reduces the effort of finding useful training content across multiple sources. There is enough variety to cover different professional development needs, and the platform itself is generally easy to navigate and use. It is not perfect, particularly when it comes to discovering the best course among a large number of similar options, but this has not been a major issue in my experience. Overall, Go1 feels like a practical and scalable solution for organizing learning and giving users access to a much broader range of content from one place.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Go1 makes it much easier to access learning content from different providers without having to manage several separate platforms or subscriptions. The course library is extensive, and I especially like being able to find content across different areas such as business skills, professional development, compliance, and technology in one place. The overall experience is straightforward once you get familiar with the platform. Courses are easy to access and manage, and having different formats and providers available gives you more flexibility when choosing content for different learning needs. For teams, I think the combination of content variety and centralized course management is where Go1 provides the most value.

#### Cons

The size of the content library can sometimes work against the experience. When searching for a specific topic, there can be many similar courses from different providers, so comparing them and deciding which one is the best fit takes more time than I would like. I also noticed that the quality and presentation can vary between providers. Most of the content I used was good, but a few courses felt less current or polished than others. Better filtering and more personalized recommendations would make such a large library much easier to navigate.

Overall, my experience with Go1 has been positive. It offers a wide range of high-quality learning content that makes upskilling and training convenient in one platform. The interface is simple to use, and it helps organizations manage learning efficiently. However, finding the most relevant courses can sometimes take extra effort due to the large catalog.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

What I liked most about Go1 is its huge and diverse library of learning content, which makes it easy to find training for almost any skill or topic. The platform is very user-friendly and integrates smoothly with other tools. It also saves time by centralizing courses from multiple providers in one place, making employee upskilling much simpler.

#### Cons

What I liked least about Go1 is that with such a large content library, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to find the most relevant courses. Search and filtering could be more precise. Also, some courses vary in quality since content comes from different providers, so the learning experience isn’t always consistent across topics.
