The biggest complaint I have is how unreliable and limited the software is at times.

They can choose to monitor or restrict Chromebooks. We use GoGuardian Admin to monitor Smart Alerts and track lost Chromebooks.

Customer support is well-trained, knowledgable, and empathetic. They have always helped me very quickly and competently.

I love that this is a free app that I gives me the ability to work at my desk and keep an eye on what my students are doing on their chromebooks.

I can record every students' activity and have it set up to do so automatically. Very easy to use even without training.

I love that I am able to view everything my students are doing. I love that I have the control and ability to close out any tabs which should not be open at a given time.

Some of the features are harder to set up for staff and often times kids screens will time out on the teacher's display for seemingly no reason.

Being able to send an announcement to all of my students at once is great when my class blocks end. I also LOVE the new features GoGuardian has created: audio calls and presentation mode.

Occasionally it will block a site we need our students on but it is a quick fix.

Great customer support as well, the CSRs are very friendly and helpful.

They allow me to control my virtual students in one quick click rather than going one by one.

This causes users to have to jump between old and new to manage the software which is a bit of an inconvenience.

I enjoy the ease of access and the ability to use the software with the huge community for support.

We have been able to assist students if they are stuck during instruction. We are able to guide the students to get to the correct website or app on their Chromebook.

The ability to apply Scenes to regulate how much freedom students have in their browsing really helps class time to be used efficiently.

GoGuardian has been amazing as a tool in my classroom.

It was very easy to follow the development and implementation within our company. Opportunities to do modules very interactive with company branding was very important.

TalentLMS has been fantastic in terms of support, quickly responding to all inquiries and technical requests. Where certain functionality is not available, they have provided effective work arounds.

The only disadvantage is the lack of reliability in tracking the real study time and the poor report at the level of individual content.

In addition, the system notifications are limited in their configuration, this has proven frustrating at times.
