Pros

Google Classroom is one of the easiest setups I have seen on the market. Teachers can setup their class, then invite the students and send out/receive content in real time. It seamlessly works with Google Apps like Docs and Drive. IT IS FREE!

Cons

Changing any nomenclature in Drive related to Google Classroom can have a sever impact for students.

Pros

I love how easy it is to create a classroom server and post assignments, set due dates, and grade work.

Cons

I do not like that this program has a limited variety of platforms that it supports for turning in work. Luckily, if it is online, you can submit a link instead.

Pros

Google Classroom enables seamless interaction between teachers and students. It allows sharing documents via internet, it simplifies the process of creating and distributing assignments in paperless way.

Cons

Teachers need to teach students on how-to use the platform. Some might be hesitant to use the system because of online activity but they will use to it once they learn the system.

It is much better than traditional school portals. But , for students who aren't familiar with the other google apps, it can take a while to get comfortable with it.

Pros

In comparison to traditional school portals, you can quickly send out completed assignments and receive new ones. You can also communicate with announcements. If you are familiar with google apps then you should be able to move through this program with relative ease.

Cons

If you don't already use google docs and google drive, it may take a while to become comfortable with navigating and moving documents about. You have to convert word docs to google docs to be able to get them into the program. To enter the classroom you aren't using your google "profile," you have separate log in information.

Pros

It allowed for easy communication with clients living in rural communities while conducting a class in town. Would highly recommend for teaching several students as it is easy to use and chat.

Cons

There were some difficulties with getting the links to work with gmail accounts. We ran into trouble with old links as well as gmails not working if they were in separate institutions.

Pros

Easy to use for most of the functionality. All good tools from Google are easily integrated into a simple and clean platform. Tools such as Calendar, YouTube and Google Drive (Google Docs). Free account and email for Education under the GSuite for Education.

Cons

There is no good gradebook user interface to check out all of the grades and students. Also, the student should go to the email to check the assignment and rest of process. Lack of a gradebook and an Assignment section is really annoying.

Pros

I am a big fan of google products but Classroom has taken the learning process to heights. Paperless learning is what is required today and Google is leaving no stone unturned to achieve that. It is so easy and convenient to use and giving feedback and communicating directly with the team members was never this easy. Absolutely impressed!

Cons

If Google is able to add the feature of having live open discussions, this product will really stand out. I highly recommend this product

Pros

So clean and simple to use across all platforms. I've used Blackboard in the past and this is far superior. So refreshing for online students.

Cons

I absolutely love the desktop version. The mobile app, not so much. I realize its supposed to be stripped down via mobile, but it's pretty dang basic at that point.

I love that students can work on thier projects from anywhere, no more "I forgot my work at school or home".

Google is awesome for doing this.

Pros

It is free and it is designed well for education. They have been thoughtful with what a teach would need.

Cons

Because it is free you don't get a lot of bells and whistles to go along with it. You have to figure out things by yourself.
