Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's simplicity and yet it is so attractive. The content designing is so easy that any layman can also use it and come up with good program.
- UI is great and awesome. Look and Feel of the software is cool and easy to understand and work.
- Feedback for the App : Clean UI, Simple and Easy to Navigate and learn. Very good customer support team, Very Responsive.
Cons
- It is bit difficult to navigate. Analytic reports for mangers and end users are not available on mobile app currently.
- Limited type of Content an be uploaded. Live Video Streaming cannot be done directly.
- Too basic in look n feel. Customization options limited.
Pros
- I was thrilled with the ease of use. I spent more time filling out this review than I did enrolling in the benefits.
- It has a rich feature set, and is fairly easy to set-up. Working within the software is intuitive, and the Rippling support team is responsive, helpful, and friendly.
- I can easily get to all other applications needed, the integration functionality is great. Super helpful and user friendly.
Cons
- This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.
- Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.
- Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.
