- It provides a fully integrated solution to our training and technical assistance needs, including webinars, communities of interest, virtual meetings/conferences, and online/on-demand courses.
- I liked the interaction and the content from this platform. Customer care is responsive, fast, and caring.
Cons
- Not as easy to navigate as other tools that I have used. Always struggle with finding my certificate after sessions.
- The system is easy to use for the user but can be a little more difficult for the back end users to setup.
Pros
- The video recording/editing directly in the suite, the quizzes are great and that they interface with the Canvas grade book make it awesome.
- Easy to use ! very friendly - I like the webinars that you are delivering on how to use the tool and what are the best practices.
Cons
- Some drag and drop features missing as in GOMO.
- When we have technical problems, my company's IT administrators are befuddled on how to correct the issue. I believe this is due to the fact that we rarely have issues, and the poor documentation.
