It can deliver support for every learning scenario I could imagine. It's an expert system where you should have a certain kind of knowledge to feel comfortable to work with. Customer Support: In every case imc was able to support and help us with our needs and questions fast and qualified. We love the setup in the cloud and the reliability of the system. The performance and speed or the system are just what we expect of a professional solution. It's possible to work with different interfaces. We are using a secure connection to a mirrored DB and REST interfaces. With that you have flexible ways of getting to the learning data to support e.g. learning analytics.
