A great place to grow your infrastructure knowledge.
This has been the most engaging learning site for me yet. I've try most of the competition site and INE has the edge on the real world know how to advance you to the next level.
PROSCourse instructors are well picked and easy to understand. The verify of training content can give a good value for the dollar.
CONSThe virtualization labs are sticky sometimes and they would time out n about an hour, which isn't an issue for most of the labs. Alterative were given for the virtualization labs to allow for longer term engagement with a more robust lab environment.
Reasons for switching to INE
Not a switch of products but additional content to go through.

Dissapointed.
I subscribed for premium+ and spent over $1000 AUD. I started my journey on the eJPT and received my certification after 4 months of hard study. Working toward eCPPTv2 and eCPTXv2 (now randomly removed) and I am receiving 0 support when I am emailing, I have sent about 5 emails over 3 weeks with 0 response. I am terribly dissapointed with INE and feel I have wasted a fair bit of $$$.
PROSeJPT was a great course and I really enjoyed the quality content.
CONSThe worst customer service I have come across. It feels you have taken my money and forgot about your customers..

PTS - eJPT student Review - In Progress
The course content is so extensive and well visited. I'd invest my entire salary to keep the subscription of this platform. I'm currently consuming PTS and preparing for eJPT. The content has grown addictive on me.
CONSIn the beginning when I bought the subscription, I'd a bit of trouble with lectures not playing for first 1st week. It suddenly got fixed on its own I don't know how and their support team was pretty active and trying to help me out so for that I appreciate the team but that 1st week was a bit frustrating because of the video player problem.

My INE Review
Training, Quiz, Labs (Very Important & Helpful)
CONSHaving labs for ACI would be very helpful.
Reasons for switching to INE
I found INE better compared to CBT Nuggets. Detailed video training, labs & rack rentals make it different from CBT Nuggets.

Choose INE if you want video learning or practical skills in the lab.
Previously, I used e-Learn Security, which was mainly PDF + Labo-based, but its successor service, INE, is movie + Labo-based. Both have their advantages and disadvantages, but I personally prefer the PDF + Labo-based learning, which allows me to progress at my own pace. This is because I am not a native English speaker and learning by the video is very time consuming. Also, I sometimes have to watch the same one over and over again to understand it. You can also add subtitles, which helps somewhat. It would be nice if translations in Japanese could also be added to all videos.
PROSIn Labo, where explanations of questions can be viewed on video. This is helpful because it is easier to understand than reading the text.
CONSHaving too much content and not knowing which to choose. This also makes me unsure if the course I'm choosing is the right one, and I still don't know what Skill Dive is for or if it's worth the money (so I haven't bought it).

Great content, poor learning paths.
Huge library of content. Engaging lecturers, well explained. Fantastic resource overall.
CONSThe quality of the "learning paths" varies greatly. Learning paths are made up of different courses, but the courses are not necessarily made with the learning paths in mind (from my experience, it seems very few are). This has resulted in learning paths that contain courses whom relevance to the path is questionable. The content is of the course is still very good, but not a good fit for the path. For example, the CCNA 200-301 learning path includes an 18-hour course of Wireshark. This is at the very least overkill. Wireshark is very briefly mentioned in the official certification guide of CCNA. The contents of said course are tailored towards the Wireshark Certified Network Analyst certification, not CCNA. Will the contents of the course help towards obtaining a CCNA certification? Pretty likely. Can time be used more efficiently by specifically focusing on what the CCNA requires and not taking an 18-hour into a Wireshark deep dive? No doubt.I am going to stick to specific courses and pretty much ignore the learning paths.

Overall a positive service offered by INE
Overall positive, could improve in performance
PROSI like the presence of labs right after theory and explanations, and the fact that I can use labs machine directly in browsers
CONSthe website is quite slow in loading, mostly when it comes to labs. Furthermore, sometimes the instructor does not deliver words loudly, he's hard to hear

Fantastic platform to kick start your IT & cyber training!
The benefit I get from using INE is enhanced professional development through knowledge and skill while also working towards industry certifications. The aim is to improve my marketability when applying for future job roles in the IT and cyber job space.
PROSI like the smooth user interface via the web browser. The layout is easy to use and navigate. The range of training on offer is broad as it is extensive covering a wide range of topics and subject matter across the cyber and IT domains. The instruction provided via the on-demand video content is presented to a high standard by instructors who are both engaging and knowledgeable. Through INE certification there are dedicated pathways which work towards achieving your aims with industry recognised accreditation.
CONSThere is very little to criticise. INE could add some additional features to validate knowledge and understanding through more labs or skills tests in between sections, but this is only very minor.

CONSThe price BUT its worth it evey penny. Highly recommended. Also i get overwhelmed by the amount of courses i could use a coach or trainer.

PROSIt is very easy to use and manuver. Videos are concise and to the point.
CONSIts strictly videos, I sometimes like to read aspects and the pdf's/powerpoints don't provide a lot of theory and info. Adding more information on theory and terms etc would be great

Diverse learning and definitely not boring.
I pop in from time to time when external forces are not distracting me to learn about topics related to my career or subjects I interact with. I would say that I can find a segment within a learning course and come out with a better understanding than before I logged in.
PROSI like how the courses can be categorized granularly, have experience level listed and a brief summary before you commit yourself. The courses themselves are separated into chapters that focus on one learning area with a video, slide show, and mini quiz at the end before moving on. The diversity helps keep your brain from becoming bored and just zoning out while trying to learn.
CONSI would prefer that they created a tab for outdated/replaced courses so that way I am not having to go back and forth and see why one is different and which one is the newer one. This could also be accomplished by stating "this course replaces x course for x reasons, the other course is now archived here."
Reasons for switching to INE
My employer offers both, but having short videos, with some powerpoint slides, mini quizzes and labs is a much better for learning and retaining the info vs just watching 3+ hour long videos.

My Review
My favorite part were the labs. They made it fun by allowing us to work in a hands on way while only needing access to a browser to use. The paths were useful as well because they contain all the courses required for mastery of the path.
CONSThe only feature I did not like that much was the lack of being able to track paths. Only being able to save individual courses makes it more difficult to navigate.

INE doesn't worth money
INE is a bunch of crooks; their subscriptions are not clearly explained. For instance, the Fundamentals Monthly Subscription gives access to few basic courses. If it appears that the Fundamentals Monthly Subscription was made by error and is worthless for a client, INA does not refund the subscription.
