Other solutions have moved to video training which provided an avenue for users to cheat their way out of the training. INFIMA requires user interaction along with a follow-up test, which ensures that users are actually working through the material. Cons: It would be nice if we had some control over the timing and/or frequency of the phishing simulation emails. Reasons for switching to INFIMA We switched from the previous vendor because their solution was plagued with issues.
