Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Really easy to use and great value for all of the features.

  • Easy of use and great tech support. Overall great product.

  • Cons

  • Although the pre-set interactions are great to have (and I've used them extensively), there are some sizing aspects that are not flexible.

  • it's not as flexible as I would like it to be, but still has a broad variety of features

  • Pros

  • User Interface, hdl loader better than fbl, effs and doffs are very great. We are very happy with these aspects.

  • I like that it is configurable. I am really interested in the HR help desk. I like the improvements in labor relations. I like the improvements in self service Ben admin

  • Cons

  • At times we get sudden disconnected, which can be an issue The FBL design may need some more work and improvement But out than that, it is going well

  • Still adjusting to restrictions in the cloud vs on premise other than this I don't have anything negative to say about the product.
