### About Jforma

Jforma helps businesses and training organizations create, launch, and manage training programs for policies, funded projects, safety courses, seminars, distance learning, employee onboarding, internships and more. The platform lets institutions design and maintain course catalogs, monitor deadlines, offer appointment letters and store enrollment information and documents in a centralized repository.

Jforma's project management functionality allows businesses to handle training timings, scheduling, storage space and project attributes and send email notifications to trainees. It offers a host of features such as multi-device access, automated data backup, role-based permissions, a self-service portal, QR code generation and scanning, registration management, web receipts, and more. Additionally, administrators can use Jmeet, a remote training module to conduct video sessions/online meetings, track time spent by trainees, send email invites, and facilitate audio, video, or chat communication among employees, students, and team members.

- utilizzo online - supporto con contatto diretto, molto rapido nelle soluzioni - organizzazione logica del gestionale, corrispondente alle esigenze di pianificazione per la formazione - prezzo vantaggioso

#### Cons

Per ragioni comprensibili non tutte le parti del gestionale sono "personalizzabili". Di contro, abbiamo migliorato alcuni processi gestiti precedentemente con metodi non replicabili al di fuori delle nostre dinamiche aziendali.

Ho iniziato ad usare jforma in autonomia e si può imparare ad usarlo seguendo le guide video presenti. C'è sempre la possibilità di integrare il pacchetto base con le funzioni che servono all'azienda (ottimo il pagamento parziale nel caso non coincida con la scadenza della licenza). Gestionale completo. Ottima assistenza.

Jforma è un ottimo gestionale, lo utilizzo come archivio, invio dati, registrazioni, ma ha molteplici funzionalità ed è in continuo aggiornamento. Molto chiaro e intuitivo. Puoi importare ed esportare dati in maniera velocissima e personalizzare i documenti creati

Purtroppo non lo utilizzo per inviare fatture o lettere d'incarico, non a causa di Jforma

Completezza su tutte le aree della formazione, interamente online, assistenza a 360 gradi, intervento su qualsiasi richiesta di personalizzazione, Piattaforma in FAD Sincrona perfetta. Gestione totale dell'ente di formazione con una unica piattaforma. Quando abbiamo aperto il nostro centro, abbiamo scelto Jforma come gestionale ed anche loro erano all'inizio del loro progetto ma abbiamo creduto nei responsabili di Jforma ed il risultato è stato eccellente. Grazie per tutto Jforma

Lavoriamo con jforma da molti anni. Dopo uno step iniziale ci siamo abituati al nuovo modo di lavorare con il software dando un taglio ecologico alla nostra azienda. Si ha la possibilità di lavorare ovunque ci si trova.

Grazie all’abilità del software riusciamo a gestire al meglio le nostre attività. La gestione dei pagamenti e degli incassi come per i rendiconti è ottima.

Inizialmente c’è stata un po’ di difficoltà sulle procedure ma fortunatamente l’assistenza ed i formatori sono riusciti a risolvere ogni tipo di problema

Prima di entrare nel mondo JForma avevamo provato altre piattaforme simili, nessuna come lei... grazie alla semplicità di utilizzo abbiamo velocizzato tutte le attività. L'assistenza è a dir poco eccezionale con uno staff ultra preparato e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi tua esigenza. Complimenti prodotto veramente al top!

Il software è molto professionale pur conservando le caratteristiche della semplicità. E' molto sicuro e non mi è mai capitato di avere dei refusi sulla funzionalità. Inoltre, il servizio di assistenza è molto preciso e veloce ed attento alle esigenze del cliente.
