Pros
- I like the overall feel of the new Kallidus suite especially the search function. I also love the impersonate function, it's a great way to see what colleagues are seeing.
- Simple learner journey, ease of access to content and good customer service from a great provider. Great potential to be industry leading.
Cons
- I found it difficult to run reports using the reports feature.
- I don't like that you can't rename lesson titles whilst you are making the course.
Pros
- Ltd is my first official start up business and to be associated with Zoho for regular emails, campaigns and even meetings has been very easy. It is very easy to use and customer support is superb.
- Users can figure it out pretty quickly, and Zoho makes it easy to invite people. They have great support, and a full ecosystem of other tools.
Cons
- Mute function stuck a couple of times. Had to log out and back in.
- I could ask for more features but not at the risk of losing the simplicity.
