LatitudeLearning is a cloud-based learning management system (LMS). It is suitable for businesses of all sizes, across a variety of industries.

LatitudeLearning includes modules for message editing, competency management, assessment authoring, configuration, e-learning, e-commerce, user self-registration, subscription management, organization branding, organization content management and user import.

Courses can be conducted online, led by instructors or self-guided by students. Users can add and edit courses, course catalogs, majors and training providers. Courses can be shared across different course catalogs.

LatitudeLearning is customizable, so users can design their own interfaces, have unlimited custom Web pages, a built-in HTML editor, a stylesheet editor and an image library.

LatitudeLearning is available either on a subscription basis or as a perpetual license. This solution is available worldwide and has been around since 2003.

Overall, if you are a small business with less than 50 employees and you don't have any budget for your corporate training program, this could be somewhere to start. It is cost-effective (fee of zero but excellent customer service experience), as least you have some way to track employees' progress.

Pros

Free for employers with less than 50 employees;
Responsive and knowledgeable customer service representatives;
Contain some open source lectures;
Could upload courses, track attendance, and pull reports

Cons

The user interface is a little old-fashioned;
They do not have a mobile app I don't believe;
The open source lecture content format is old-fashioned

Striaghtforward and simple to use this LMS has been helpful for me to understand the way things work.

Cons

I couldn't pick a fault. The user interface could probably be more intuitive but otherwise I couldn't say anything negative.

Customer satisfaction and am creating a long lasting brand for the company, an experience that will last long, majority of my customer testify about their experience. I love that.

Pros

I love the user friendly environment, the Learning Management System is awesome, my uncle was pleased when i used it in one of his schools.

Cons

Incorporating students database from different school wasn't easy for me , its a challenge but am learning more of what the software will do for my business

I am able to obtain my Continuing Education credits.

Pros

It's pretty easy to use and answer questions. The examples are relevant to what I do. The children are cute.

Cons

If you miss a question on the test you have to start all over again answering the test questions. It makes it difficult.

Makes studying easier and online availability. Wish the capabilities were like this across all platforms and realizes how to use certain infrastructure.

Cons

There is a lot of way low security problems in the website. I was able to access the book for free but could not take the quizes because I did not buy the book.

Easy to use for staff. Easy to use for me as the administrator. A lot of classes are available. The fact that I don't pay for it is a bonus.

Cons

I would like to see more classes regarding current issues such as discrimination, sexual issues, medical marijuana usage, etc.

I got to compare with others and evaluate our houces for free. Thanks to the trial.

Pros

It's so easy to use. The interface is clean and it's easy to navigate through without prior training. Everything is pretty much self-explanatory. I never experienced any downtime that might have interrupted my experience or my learners.

Cons

The price is a little off our team budget. We are a small team of 3 trainers but we cater to over 500 learners.

The ability to catalogue customer learning and offer certification for that learning.

Pros

The logic is good so going from one point of process to the next is reasonable. It is relatively easy to use and provides a needed resource for customers.

Cons

Some functions could be improved with "smarter" technology so that repeated effort can be avoided. Like name recognition with new entries. The software should be able to suggest it knows what you're inputting and update pervasively so that at all points of the process the information added will be reflected and therefore easier to find.

Great value for the features we get. Good for mid-sized companies who do not have unlimited funds to purchase their own LMS.

Pros

This LMS is very user friendly for the non-html user to set up and operate. The value of the product for a company our size made this an easy choice and we couldn't be happier. Recent upgrades to features makes us even more thrilled and the service we've received is top notch.

Cons

When having to search for several people by name, it would be nice to streamline the clicks needed to do several searches at a time.

I love the site but have not gotten into it as much as I should have - i am still setting things up. So far things seem easy enough to follow. This is a bit of a pre-use review. But so far I am impressed.

Pros

the scale of "how likely are you to recommend this product didnt seem to register and so my answer is 8-10. I already have recommended it to several people.

Pros: I have two companies .. For sure the ease of use and cost (none) for companies like mine one (GBCIL) of which is under 10 people for most of the year, 19 at highest ever, and the other has 3. I also really appreciate this site as GBCIL is a highly regulated company and the government as well as safety organizations require proof of all training.

I participated in a training session and questions I had that were not answered during the program were promptly answered after class. Thanks to that team!!!
