  • Pros

  • The SAML SSO integration was fairly easy and support was very attentive. Our Customer Success Specialist has been very helpful and provided a great plan for us to get started.
  • I then came across LearnUpon and was blown away with its ease of use, great features, great personal service, and extremely competitive pricing.
  • The customer service is what is really a great sell for Learn upon. Regardless of the question the team is always so happy help and to send over any training material we need.
  • Cons

  • Ultimately, this inst that bad of a trade-off for the customer support and constant functionality updates to the program.
  • I think at times it can be confusing to navigate through the courses/learning path.
  • Having trialled numerous LMS systems, I was beginning to feel that we would have to take the plunge and build an extremely costly personalised system.

  • Satisfied with all that it offers and it can do, easy setup and great stability of platform.
  • It is a good app to use and very useful - learning is always easier and more fun if you have a user friendly app.
  • I currently use Moodle both as a student and as an administrator for one class. Both have their benefits, and it is easy to see why Moodle is a great fit for the job.
  • Cons

  • Many features exist and are ignored which is a shame, besides some times using Moodle on falls on pages not configured because they were not explored.
  • It crashes a lot and after a period of use the application of the error. Due to the very frequent use of online classes, it has fallen a lot the whole time.
  • In discussion threads I think it is somewhat annoying that there is no single option to open all responses. Instead you have to go through and click into each one.
