  • Pros

  • It is good for reaching out course material with a good integration.
  • I love how easy it is on Moodle to use as both a student and an instructor. I like how customizable notifications are.
  • Cons

  • I dislike that it can be a bit restrictive with access a bit unforgiving when admins accidentally delete information.
  • Getting support is very difficult if you have a problem with the site.

  • Their support team is by far the best I have ever worked with. They are quick to jump on calls with us and our clients.
  • It paid for itself very quickly by allowing us to enforce our licensing and our clients love how we can update courses without their involvement, talk about a win-win.
  • Cons

  • No other options were tested in Scorm Cloud so far.
  • SCORM Connections wane after an hour which causes the course to hiccup, and lag time.
