-   I wish that Mac would allow me to use all the symbols available. If I’m not mistaken the problems that I tend to have are Mac related.

-   Further, the ability to make adjustments to a bill once a payment order has been sent has caused us to have to pay fees multiple times because we've just had to delete the invoice and resend it and then it's confusing on the client's end because it looks like they've been billed twice.
