Myagi for Product Training
We've greatly improved the product knowledge of retail associates, something that can be very challenging when they are selling multiple brands in their store. It has also greatly reduced our time and money spent in training these associates. We've moved from an in-person, 1 on 1 training to a holistic approach online. We no longer need to have a dedicated training resource to train these associates.
PROSMyagi has allowed us to provide very technical training and resources to retail associates who sell our products. This has allowed us to improve our training around their knowledge of our products and in return we offer a gift card to those who complete our quarterly training of new product releases.
CONSThe software is pretty easy to use, but does require constant review to ensure the content is up to date. If you are providing a discount code, it can be difficult to track how many codes are remaining.

Myagi has made training staff about a wide variety of products we sell very easy and very accessible.
PROSThe ease of use is outstanding, and the training tools for a wide variety of brands makes this a fantastic platform.
