Great onboarding and very personalized help. Assisted with most heavy lifting like bulk user setup, single-sign-on setup, and always offered suggestions as we got started. Also listened to concerns and have been great with upgrade requests. Cons: There are some features that can be found in premium LMSs that are not available, but the price of Docebo or SuccessFactors is also not worth those features.
