-   Pear Deck is user-friendly, has great templates, and the dashboard is very helpful to track progress.
    
-   I have to pay to get other options that I don't have in the free version.

-   Cannot get team members to access the site due to issues with not receiving invites, no password reset, deleting account does not help. VERY poor execution.
