RedVector LMS Software

The RedVector LMS is an online Learning Management platform designed specifically to help mid-sized and large companies within the industrial, design, construction and facilities management industries meet specific regulatory requirements, manage certifications and accreditations, and track employee eLearning progress. The LMS also allows administrators to generate reports on completion and exceptions as well as executive summaries.

Using the RedVector student dashboard, learners may choose from more than two thousand courses spanning twenty disciplines. Plus, they can locate courses by keyword, category, or CE/license requirements using RedVector’s unique search functionality.

Administrators can assign groups of courses to individuals or groups based on factors such as division, onboarding requirement, job role, etc. Users, licenses, and training history can be uploaded into the system in bulk, and RedVector can integrate with many HRS, HRMS, and accounting solutions.

Users have taken nearly half a million RedVector training courses via the RedVector LMS in the last 12 months.

Pros

It satisfies NMLS guideline requirements for timing, time-out feature, classroom forums and BioSig requirements

Cons

Very time-consuming to search for and copy courses. Recently did migration from SimplyDigi to RedVector and many missteps that were never addressed. Dashboard is not very interesting. Very difficult to change certificates and general account information- seems to be buried too deep into the system. Duplicate records not easy to merge.
