RedVector Software

RedVector is a cloud-based learning and talent management solution catering to a variety of industries such as engineering, construction, architecture and IT. Key features include competency assessment, credential management, self-assessment and professional development planning.

RedVector allows users to create profiles by uploading employment documents and demographic information. This includes verification of credentials, submission of degrees, credential types, levels and expiration, licenses and endorsements. It also allows users to pursue degree programs, certifications and courses to achieve development goals.

RedVector helps train individuals and teams by providing course catalogs, e-learning assignments, webinars and other learning management programs. Users can go through an online course catalog where they can view a set of courses along with their requirements and register for courses. The solution provides a self-assessment feature in which users can assess their proficiency and competencies in different areas once they complete a course.

Users can go through a knowledge repository for support inquiries or reach out to support agents via chat.

It satisfies NMLS guideline requirements for timing, time-out feature, classroom forums and BioSig requirements

Very time-consuming to search for and copy courses. Recently did migration from SimplyDigi to RedVector and many missteps that were never addressed. Dashboard is not very interesting. Very difficult to change certificates and general account information- seems to be buried too deep into the system. Duplicate records not easy to merge.
