We are a loyal customer & you should be too if you're interested in great customer service training

The few times I've actually needed customer service support the employees at the Telephone Dr. are terrific. They practice what they preach in their customer service.

Pros

First I need to begin by saying we have been using the Telephone Dr. DVD library Training for years. I wish we'd started using this much sooner. The ability to assign coursework to individuals or departments and being able to keep track of it through their dashboards makes my job as the training manager easy. The same can be said when on-boarding new employees. in addition, I can watch their progress as they make their way through the coursework.

Cons

The dashboard is not the most intuitive interaction. Is not unusable it just takes some time to get used to using it.
