Pros/Cons

Pros
It was for the most part easy to use. I was able to access all that I needed and the add comment feature was helpful.
It is very convenient as I can coach teachers living in a different US state. It is easy to use and reliable.

Cons
Because Sibme can do so many things, it can be a little challenging to use at first. The more you use it, however, the easier it becomes.
There really are very few cons to the platform. The only thing we encountered was a glitch in the Google integration with logging into the Sibme account.

The program is very informative . It is very hands on and easy to maneuver through
This product is easy to use. All of our employees are being cross trained and they are all able to easily use it.

Cons
I have to put in my own information. The templates Trainual has are amazing, I just wish I could click a button and all my manuals were magically entered!
Did not like some of the functions and seemed a little pricey but overall good.
