Their customer service is amazing too as they have a monthly check in where they give you information on updates and are there to answer any questions - at no extra cost. Cons: The only cons I have had, I have asked my contact there about it and they were quick to fix it or create a solution. The LMS makes managing courses easy, and the automation of adding a large group of users makes it simple. Cons: The only real gripe I have is that when a SCORM file needs to be updated, we can't just overwrite it like we can on other LMS systems - a whole new course has to be made, which makes managing multiple versions of the same course more complex than it has to be.
