The WI Solution to Document Control, Centralized Access, & Quick Updates

No longer have to find all the paper copies of work instruction on the floor when there is an update.No longer have to spend time formatting instruction on a word document.All employees know where to find their instruction and no longer have to track down a binder or folder.Team can make fast and simple updates to continuously improve the instruction.

CONS

The home screen is slow in loading the available guides when scrolling down. The search feature helps, but some operators get discouraged by the length of time it takes to navigate the home screen.

Best Way to Train Across Multiple Regions

Very easy and fun to use platform and seems very easily accessible to our users.

PROS

The fact we can use GIF's instead of images made the life easier to show complex acts.

CONS

Image gallery feature. I would like a centralized image gallery where you can upload in bulk, select and use. Would like the loading of images to be much faster.

We wanted a easy way of sharing and updating the guides without worrying about sharing the new versions with everyone all the time.

Compared to the " POKA ", it doesn't look good

PROS

It looks good only on ios but is not very intuitive

CONS

It doesn't work with microsoft office and it's not very intuitive.

Benefits of Using SwipeGuide

Awesome.

PROS

The ease of use is amazing. Complex instructions are easily broken down into sectional topics and instructions. Sections of instructions can be instantly located at the touch of an onscreen button.

CONS

Occasionally when editing a step, deleting text can cause the cursor to rearrange the letters in words.

Reason for choosing SwipeGuide

The other programs had no capability of being placed online with feedback, tracking or any of the other benefits which SwipeGuide provided.

Reasons for switching to SwipeGuide

It took hours and sometimes days to correctly write an instruction in Excel. Some of our products have up to 450 individual steps to complete. Updating these took hours. With SwipeGuide the same updates take minutes.

No need to conduct repetitive training for the team and new employees because with Swipe Guide, we have the step-by-step videos that we use for training. We save time, we don't need to be present, and we use this time for other productive activities

PROS

The procedures in video are very practical and very useful for the TeamThe availability of information on the system from different Opcos facilitate the use of good practices and no need to reinvent the wheel

CONS

If we could add notification features to remind on activities to be executed on a timely manner. That could help the operation, not only having the information available but to be able to plan the execution on a daily basis on the system and receiving notification on our phone would be fantastic.
