They are ideal for small business that need to have a big impact on security. Our purpose was for cybersecurity. We found the library of information available to be very abundant. The use of simulated phishing attacks made this ideal for our situation. We received a high level of attention from onboarding to customer support. Cons: Some of the training modules felt a little too cheesy and not as attention grabbing as I had hoped. Despite that, the training is still important.
