Gamification is critical nowadays to help engage learners into their learning process. It has been very easy to integrate this new mobile learning tool into our standard learning strategy and we appreciate this optimal way to teach customers across the World as it allows us to have extra impact.

Cons:

There are few aspects of learners tracking / extraction that could be improved in the back office. The fact that a 'Manager Account' cannot manage several countries at once may be slightly unconvenient in some cases. The fact that we can only include categories of learners into the filters of a training course and not exclude some categories may at some point be limiting.

Avec Teach On Mars nous bénéficions d'une solution nous permettant d'offrir une première approche de formations à nos utilisateurs partout dans le monde. Utilisé comme outil de prospection et de conversion vers nos offres de formations (avec formateurs) la solution Teach On Mars permet à nos utilisateurs d'aborder de manière ludique et pédagogique nos principaux thèmes de formation. La diversité des formats, la facilité d'utilisation et la stabilité de l'application en font une solution sur laquelle on peut compte. L'interface administrateur est vraiment bien pensé et permet une prise en main rapide pour des profils aux maturités digitales très diverses. Très actif sur les nouveautés et mises à jour, un vrai plus pour l'animation de l'application.

Cons:

La solution mériterait l'ajout d'une logique CRM, permettant d'animer et de fidéliser des groupes d'utilisateurs (selon des critères bien spécifiques). Plusieurs options existent pour envoyer des communications ciblées mais pas d'automatisation possible selon des éléments déclencheurs ou critères.

\- software easy to use for integration - good variety of activity - very good support team : problem solvers !

Cons:

\- We need more fonts style as "exposant", bullet points... - We have to wait too long when we put the course in test mode, can we reduce the waiting time ? - We would like to duplicate then drag/drop one activity to another unit - We would like to copy/paste the text with all the font style (bold, italic...) - we would like to add external links directly in text, not in a new special link activity - we would like more caracters for games ( ex: sushi game)

Teach On Mars propose une solution simple à comprendre et à faire adopter aux utilisateurs - fans de technologie ou pas ! Nous avons été accompagné dans notre mise en place et cela nous donne à présent envie d'aller plus loin en étant cette fois-ci plus ambitieux.

Pros:

Une solution qui est facile à prendre en main côté utilisateur et c'est bien le plus important. Côté administration et développement il faut passer un peu de temps au démarrage (et structurer son approche) mais ensuite il devient de plus en plus simple de développer ses propres contenus (une vraie courbe d'apprentissage !) Enfin le produit donne une version moderne et facile de la formation et les équipes sont disponibles quand on a des questions... même quand on est pas au départ spécialiste ou technique. Par ailleurs la possibilité d'avoir accès à des catalogues larges et reconnus dans le monde de la formation est un vrai plus !

Cons:

Si l'expérience utilisateur est bonne côté apprenants, elle pourrait être perfectible côté back office, notamment sur la gestion des apprenants, l'inscription aux formations et les suivis des statistiques pour lesquels il faut repasser par de l'excel pour traiter les données (mais se fait très bien cependant)

LA plateforme de mobile-learning qu'il faut avoir !

TOM nous a permis de déployer facilement notre catalogue de formations en mobile-learning. Sa facilité d'utilisation nous a permis d'ancrer cet usage dans le quotidien de nos apprenants. Au final, nous avons un taux de déploiement et d'utilisation qui, selon les périodes, oscille entre 95 et 95% ! Et ce, depuis des années. Cette appli est vite devenue incontournable dans notre entreprise. Nous y déployons environ 85% de nos contenus de formation. Bref, c'est une vraie réussite !!!

La plateforme TOM est très simple à prendre en main, à paramétrer et à utiliser, que ce soit comme administrateur, concepteur, manager ou apprenant. Tout est fluide, ergonomique, ludique, stable et fiable.

Cons:

Avoir plus de choix dans les exports de reporting (dates, périodes) serait un très gros plus. Il n'y a pas encore assez d'activités QCM.
