Using Teachable itself was okay, but the customer service is unacceptable. The only way you can contact them is through email and they may not get back to you for several days.

I also really liked how easy it was to integrate the quizzes as well. The tracking module was also really good.

The emails they send with helpful tips and information is great. This site is wonderful for anyone who wants to teach other people information that is valuable.

One of my favorite features is being able to create discount/ special codes when you want.

I love how easy it is to make an online course. I love having a branded course and they make it easy.

I love the customer support and how long you are able to try out the platform before making a commitment.

No autosave of your work, I lost hours to a system glitch where you press enter and it just deletes your course text and there's no autosave to backup to.

It's really easy to create courses, tests and to integrate other softwares to the app. Teachable is really famous in the world of e learning.

Easy to set up, very reasonably priced and great tutorials and advice for marketing your courses. If you have online curriculum you'd like to share with the world, this is a very seamless process.

I love using teachable to learn from courses (like Full-time Filmmaker). It has a good interface in-browser, and works well across all devices.

Horrible, frustrating and a huge waste of a lot of time. Added so much more work for me to do when the point of having the software was to save me time.

My students have problems getting in, links do not work and have to be sent several times. My classes receive emails from other classes/courses that don't apply to their course at all.

Overall, my experience has been great. Their customer service team is super helpful when you need them and the platform is very familiar to a lot of other bloggers and online business owners.

Overall Teachable is a great platform - it looks professional and is easy to use, so you can get started straight away.

It is easy to use, and a really great value. I like how the certificates of completion are built right into the platform.

Classes had to be rescheduled since too often to my liking the system is down. In record classes, I think that too often recordings are damaged, late or lost.

I don't know how on earth they stay in business with such poor business practices and such poor customer service.

They are an unprofessional enterprise, completely incompetent and have pushed this user to absolute breaking point. The service has been the worst I have ever experienced.

It has many useful features and functions. You can share documents and also take multiple sessions at a time.

He will promise everything and he took advantage knowing that I don't have a developer to help me with the integration.

Technically Stable, user-friendly, very rare major issues, minor glitches resolves within few minutes, useful tools and other features.

So WizIQ just does not sell the product only but also gives you the help and support to use the software effectively. Overall  I am very happy using this software for my online teaching business.

Making of Tests is too easy. Marketing ideas supported by support Team are too good enough though there is room to improve.

I find WizIQ has poor maths support, and is overall clunky and difficult to use compared to the other whiteboard app I use.

Thier servers are very weak. Cannot handl emore than 20 students at a time.

Load balancer activated, 32 GB Ram. But wen i click Wiziq class, it always fails for the concurrent classes.

The user has to report issues which go unresolved. You cannot use this software without teachers, students and customers being unhappy.

WizIQ's best tool is that it provides multiple class rooms at a single session, which is very helpful to conduct tests and exams.

They told me the integration would be quick but it has been a month and I have to chase them for them to hurry, and i meet endless technical problems.
