"There's no phone number listed to receive help and when I contacted the only email address I could find, I had to wait, only to be told that my courses were unpublished due to alleged AI-generated content and a lack of “human oversight.”"

"In addition there have been some cases where folks that have completed courses aren't marked as such and had to implement a process where they had to take a screenshot upon completing a training or course which was frustrating and ate up bandwidth across our HR and L&D Teams."
