About Visme

Visme is a cloud-based platform, which helps agencies, non-profit organizations and marketers create and share infographics in real-time. The software allows teams to utilize customizable templates and content blocks to create presentations and data visualizations.

Businesses can embed infographics on websites, share them on social media accounts, download them for offline use and secure with password protection. It enables managers to use custom font styles, size and colors, find similar images, swap icons and more to create interactive infographics or reports. Visme lets professionals download the infographics as PDFs, HTML5 or high-resolution images.

The system helps administrators to add videos, images, documents and forms in the infographic and gain insights into engagement analytics. Visme is available for free and on monthly or annual subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, a knowledge base, video tutorials and other online measures.

Create compelling presentations in a few clicks!

Over despite having a few limited functions, it is still a pleasant experience using Visme as it totally cut down in half creating presentations.

Pros:

- generate decks and presentation through AI, just list down in detail and let AI do its trick - highly customizable, even after deck has been generated by AI - power-packed feature to create a very nice looking deck - offline and share functionality - cloud-based, hence any changes are being saved immediately

Cons:

- copy + paste a specific item from a slide to a different slide doesn't work really well - a bit limited in terms of animation and transitional designs

Pros:

Each feature in Visme is incredibly intuitive. It does what you expect without 9 extra steps. I also appreciate the community forum - developers listen to our needs/requests and we get a chance to test out new features & give feedback! The customer support is great. Visme is a user-friendly tool that allows me to produce professional quality presentations, coursework & promotions at a cost that is affordable.

Cons:

I have no complaints! Any time I have a concern or question, customer service and/or the Visme Community helps me through it!

Reasons for switching to Visme

Canva has a steeper learning curve for someone who is unfamiliar with design & visual communications software. Additionally, when comparing similar price points, Visme offers more features and support.

Making Presentation Materials Professional

I am producing better quality presentations -- brochures, reports, infographics, marketing materials, etc. -- faster and more affordably. The generous free offerings allowed me enough time and experience with the software to realize its value and become a paid subscriber.

Pros:

Visme makes top-quality presentations faster, simpler and less costly to produce. It's also quite easy to use and I've yet to experience a technical hiccup that's impaired productivity.

Cons:

Some features are not as intuitive as others. However, this can be because I am accustomed to Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint features and Visme's do not necessarily comply.

Pros:

Visme allows me to roll several tools into one and lets my content stand out among others in my industry. My brand has a certain "look" that Visme allows me to maintain throughout all my content.

Cons:

Updates and upgrades come out so fast, it's hard to keep up! (if you count that as a drawback)

Reasons for choosing Visme

Visme allowed me to trial a free business account for a year in exchange for my feedback. I loved their product so much, that I immediately purchased a second-year subscription when renewal time came around.

Reasons for switching to Visme

Visme saw some of my work on my social media and asked me to try out their product. They gave me unlimited access for free for a year! Within a short time, I was hooked! I was able to create better content more easily and it began to gain the attention of my followers. Now I promote Visme every chance I get.

I really like Visme because it offers really nice templates, both online and downloadable projects, and the selection of typography meets our expectations.

Cons:

Sometimes there are bugs that can be annoying but it's not major.

Visme for business presentations

good experience, should be improved with tools for visual descriptions of processes / sequences / activities I know these templates can be found or built, but a smartart-like tool would be ideal

No auto function to generate flowcharts (ms ppt smartart) Control bar that appears over the text you're editing Not always stable (crash)

I love the templates and ease of use for bringing your ideas to life.

Cons:

I think that the video/social aspect of the system is a little behind. Presentations and flat designs are top notch, but I dont find that the video feature and the sizing for things like reels, etc. are as high caliber or easy to export as other design software competitors.

Cons:

Visme is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for marketing teams without extensive design skills. It offers a wide range of features and numerous templates tailored for various purposes, making content creation seamless. A standout advantage is that Visme regularly introduces new features, keeping the platform fresh and continuously improving, which users greatly appreciate.

Cons:

Support based in the US for European clients : It would be great to have support based in Europe to avoid time zone differences. At times, platform bugs slow down our work, and we end up waiting an entire day for a response
