  • Pros

  • The best part of the software is that it is intuitive and easy to use. I really enjoy the interface.
  • Kemp's professional service is recommended to download and setup your first template. Also the re license for 2020 was made easy with simple instructions sent out by license renewal team.
  • Cons

  • Some instructions can be a little vague and knowing how to setup the software for a specific scenario can be a little intimidating.
  • Support is hit and miss. Lags behind competitors features.

  • Easy to use for performance monitoring and easy to manage network operations.
  • They offer a lot of products but they don't always tie together seemlessly. For the features and price this is a good starter tool.
  • Cons

  • Unable to delete SNMP custom trap processor, so in order to test a separate environment is required.
  • SNMP fails in some case may need more integration with MIB library when you require more information despite basic SNMP provide.
