Some instructions can be a little vague and knowing how to setup the software for a specific scenario can be a little intimidating.

Support is hit and miss. Lags behind competitors features.

The Web Application Filter rules are not easily implemented or documented very well. This is a weakness for this product.

We use redundant servers on a DAG. The LoadMaster allows a hands-off switchover upon failure for on-site clients, OWA and Cell phones.

The best part of the software is that it is intuitive and easy to use. I really enjoy the interface.

When changing a Virtual service if a mistake is made or something is changed inadvertently it is not easy to cancel or roll back.

License support for 2020 was easy and straight forward which is a pleasant surprise compared to some other companies I have worked with.

Kemp's professional service is recommended to download and setup your first template. Also the re license for 2020 was made easy with simple instructions sent out by license renewal team.

Opmanager is the easiest way to get a good insight in your systems and network for a fair price.

Opm has a good performance to monitor a lot of devices using few resources and is easy to use  and configure. It has a good balance between price and quality.

I like how configurable the tool is, and I like that we can connect to it through their API. Also, their support is extra responsive when we initiate chats with them within the application.

SNMP  fails in some case may need more integration with MIB library when you require more information despite basic SNMP provide.

Adore pro-active support from ME OpsManager support team. They do lots of seminar as well roadshows, so user engagement is always the top priority of ME OpsManager team.

The product is very good and easy to implement, configure and use. My devices are monitored using this tool and I am one happy customer which saving my time in troubleshooting and in finding the RCA.

Opmanager, an excellent solution to monitor your network.

OpManager is a great tool and highly configurable, though configuration sometimes can be convoluted.

The installation process, setup, administration and monitoring have been fairly easy. The dashboards are great and help in getting a quick snapshot.

The intuitive way to use the setup of devices and alerting for specific alarms. The Netflow plug-in is just the best to troubleshoot hick-ups on any LAN/WAN link.

Support is lacking and hard to work. If you need the tool to function 100% all the time, then you will be disappointed.
