ADP Review
We utilise the ADP as part of our decision process. it hosts some rule sets and works as an intermediary between us and the credit bureaus. The ADP enabled us to get up and running in an efficient and timely manner.
PROSEase of use, being able to change items within the system without the need for a development team. Means we can deploy changes without delay
CONShuge rulesets can be a bit cumbersome to implement, this the sacrifice you pay for ease of use.
Reason for choosing Auto Decision Platform
Speed and ease of use. We also leaned heavily on Lending Metric's experience and knowledge in the field.

Some clients require simple credit risk solutions, whilst in the case of Loans 2 Go, the requirements are very sophisticated and we are pleased that ADP delivers on that need.

ADP is a very basic HRIS system
ADP has pretty basic features that suffice for basic HR purposes.
CONSIntegration and customer support is not where it needs to be.

Great interface
Great product with a great inter that is user friendly
PROSThis software was very user friendly. I didn't have any training with it and I was able to understand it easily.
CONSI experience no hurdles that couldn't be solved or handled with searching or their customer service.

PROSThe product is very easy to use. The product is user friendly for all levels of experience at the associate levels. Training is easy and quick.

THe Most Comprehensive Product on The Market
I like the breadth of options available within this product. Truly, the sky is the limit once the user has a defined process that they want to achieve. I have yet to find a dataset I needed that I could not pull efficiently.
CONSWhile the infinite number of options is most assuredly a pro, they can also be a little overwhelming especially if you are new to this type of software. However, my experience with customer service has been top-notch. They are by in large very knowledgeable, friendly, and can pinpoint a solution quickly.

Building efficiencies to scale
Once implemented, the software allows for business rules to be implemented with simple drag and drop processes. More complex decisioning is also catered for with full detailed output for those who want to code full workflows based on outcomes.

Very professional software with a great support team
Straight forward from the start Easy to navigate. Logical to customise. Quick and easy integration process. Team were very forthcoming in helping get us to the start line.
CONSInitially it took some time to get the hang of the rules setup but with the help of the support it was fairly easy to master.

Needed a few tweaks but overall good
Overall, it's been a good experience and I have no complaints.
PROSI have been using it at work at it does a good job of keeping me organized and on top of my day. I can use it on my phone which is good.
CONSSometimes is not as straightforward as I want it to be. I have to call for assistance but that was okay.

Replacing decision engines for lending decisions, helping us reach lending decisions quicker with a better process.
PROSThe ease of programming a decision engine on the software. Flow of the engine is easy to understand and control yourself.
CONSNot a clear guide of how to program your own variables. It seems to be more of a trial and error type programming basis.

Constantly Improving
ADP continues to assess their customer's needs and make improvements. That's all I can ask for and I have been happy with them so far.
PROSADP has consistently been improving on the visibility of key information and metrics, allowing users to get insights into their usage data and access key documentation through easy navigation.
CONSAs with any platform that makes significant improvement it has been hard to find certain options that you may have been used to before. It is actually easier for newer users than older ones.

I was hired at a time of transition and onboarded with two systems
I was hired in November and my company was transitioning software platforms January 1st so I basically had to onboard twice, with both platforms. ADP was easy to use, the user interface was minimal so easily navigable, but the provided information was comprehensive.
CONSAs a user, there isn't much to dislike about ADP. Its minimalist nature makes it easy to quickly find the information I need.

Easy Peazee payroll
Very easy to deal with and if there is ever an issue support is quick to assist when contacted.
PROSI like the easy way that the software is set up. The menu pull downs make it easy to find what you need and continue with your day.
CONSSometimes it can be a little confusing to find something, but for the day to day it works just great!

Very Helpful
I have been using ADP for 6 years, I would recommend it despite its few flaws.
PROSADP is a useful software that does not take a lot of time to learn. The mobile version works pretty well.
CONSThe mobile version does not allow you to do everything that you can do online. This can be frustrating.

Company recently transferred to ADP
I have had a great experience with ADP so far. Everything is laid out in a way that is very easy to understand and follow.
PROSMy company recently transferred to ADP and it has been a very seamless transition. It was easy to enter my information and the UX/UI is great.
CONSI have not found anything I don't like about ADP yet since I just started using it. I will explore the software more.

Bringing Global Payrolls Together
Provides great products for Payroll solutions, specifically when it comes to Global Payroll.
CONSI guess the overall customer service could use some work.
