PROS

- Decisioning Engine - Customizable for Customer Needs

CONS

- Primarily hard coded; not enough configuration options - Not enough focus on UI/UX/Workflow - Modular system with Catalyst, Just J, CALMS makes the implementation harder since different skill sets are required to operate those technologies

Reason for choosing CALMS

At the time, Defi system was extremely new to the market.

Many thanks for your review we always appreciate feedback. As you know, WCG and Exeter started their business relationship in late 2012 with a system go-live in July 2013. Exeter was one of WCG's first US clients and as such we spent considerable effort enhancing the pricing component & decision engine to facilitate the real time changes that Exeter, along with many of our clients, continue to enjoy. In the six plus years that Exeter has been using the CALMS system, we have enhanced our product to address many of the points you raised and these improvements are now reflected in the latest version of CALMS. PROS

Calms is very easy to use. Having never seen it before the amount of time to train is very little.

CONS

Calms has features that we wished were already a part of the system but we had to wait and ask for them and have them programmed and prioritized.
