These are customer funds deposit/ withdrawal module, loan & accounting module, general ledger module, customer information module and the reporting modules. The Flexcube cover all of these modules impressively. It provide great support to the front end team with its dynamic features. Cons: One issue with the Flexcube which we are using is that it is web based system immensely depends upon the browser and internet speed. In case there is problem with the internet service provider or system browser, it effects the functionality of the software i.e slow processing of transactions. Another issue is with the menus which are quite confusing.
