Amazing

It makes it so easy to process and close a file. everything can be done and saved online. you can see all of your activity, and assign tasks and other things to different people. You can always make changes and adjust things.

PROS

Qualia is the best. it is so intuitive and user-friendly. The customer service/support is awesome. It makes my job of processing and closing files SO MUCH EASIER. There are always updates going on to make it better

Well, I'm trying to think of something??? Honestly I can't think of anything... Sure when you first start you have to learn all the ins and outs, but the training videos are great and very accessible at any time that fits your schedule.

Our old system was getting very time consuming with updates, creating documents. It didn't have the flow that Qualia has to navigate the file. We definitely save time using Qualia

Worst Experience in my 21 year career in Real Estate. NIGHTMARE!

It was a DISASTER from the get go. The onboarding they require focuses more on trying to sell you additional services that Qualia offers for even more money instead of training. My staff is very software friendly and we used this daily for over 6 months only to be told that our numerous concerns were based on our inexperience and inability to learn a new software.

PROS

NOTHING! The software is not user friendly and customer service is horrible!

CONS

We were promised before I switched legal software that they ALWAYS have the most recent title forms on Qualia. This was an OUTRIGHT LIE, and after using for more than 6 months they still do not have the updated forms. We were told that merging documents would be "easy" and "fast" and it absolutely was not. Accounting in the system is terrible, as you cannot overwrite checks and deposits in Qualia if something changes at the table.

Hands down the most user friendly title/escrow software I've used in 24 years!

PROS

Very easy to customize everything to your company's needs. Customer service is readily available and responsive .

CONS

I would like it if it was easier to mark up the documents within the document viewer and would love to have the ability to make notes directly on the documents rather than using a text box to view the note, that only pops up when hovering over it.

Full Endorsement of Qualia

In a day and age where getting exceptional service is rare, Qualia stands at the top.

PROS

Qualia is simply the best title and settlement software on the market. My firm has used it for several years, and I cannot imagine practicing without it. It is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate. Qualia has set the standard in settlement software.

CONS

I cannot think of anything that I do not like. Any small issues or "bugs" are quickly fixed by Qualia.

Good option for the evolving title industry

PROS

The most attractive part about Qualia is that it's web-based and accessible anywhere the Internet lives. Secondly, the ability to integrate (most) underwriters and other vendors into one platform basically sells it.

CONS

Because Qualia tries to "play with everyone" it presents the problem of you fix one feature for a particular agent or location, but it then creates an issue for another. Also, real estate and title is so different from one end of the country to the other, it's difficult to cater to everyone when it comes to specific features and options.

Old technology - and local server based. Not enough integration. Inefficient for our growing office .

Head and Shoulders Over Others

The transition form our old software to Qualia was virtually seamless. Qualia support was extremely helpful with the transition and implementation. Our users are now pros on the system and there was a simple learning curve as the software is extremely intuitive.

PROS

I like the accounting features most about the software. Particularly the ability to easily conduct a daily reconciliation and the Positive Pay function.

CONS

What I like least is the cost of Qualia Connect.

The escrow accounting features in Qualia are superior to others that we used and reviewed.

Qualia: A Work Changing Software

I like it a lot. I was nervous at first but the learning curve was much smaller than other systems I have worked on. Even with only working on it about 9 months I have really like and learned a lot.

PROS

It is hard to choose just one thing but I would say that how it is organized. Each of the tabs work very well together in a way that flows from one to the other and back.

CONS

It is somewhat rigid where the system does not let the user have as much control whereas on another system I worked on before I was able to override and change things which would make my job easier.

Reasons for switching to Qualia

Our corporate office ultimately decided to switch but it was only a matter of time. It was really hard to work with especially if you aren’t god with computers.

Very glad we switched

We are extremely happy with Qualia overall. the fact that it interfaces easily with Word is one of the biggest benefits we see. As a law firm, we often tweak standard documents to meet the needs of our clients, and it is as simple as possible using Qualia. We also like the fact that they listen to us and try to integrate ideas that we have into the program.

PROS

We immediately saved at least 20 minutes per file in opening files. Getting around the various parts of the program is simple. Our office is substantially more productive since we started using Qualia.

CONS

My only real gripe is that because it is cloud based, they are constantly updating it. However, sometimes, an update to one part affects another part in unanticipated ways.

Reasons for switching to Qualia

We were very unhappy with our old program - like many title closing solutions, it was still grounded in the 80's, while trying to look like it was a modern program. It was clunky and we had to come up with more than a few work-arounds to get it to work properly. We went from what was essentially a DOS based program, parading as a Windows program to a modern platform.

Easy to navigate

Light years beyond Title Express

Very happy with Qualia, wouldn’t have been able to keep up with our workload using Title Express, huge time saver.

PROS

Qualia is extremely user friendly, we really enjoy the note section, and the QR code is a wonderful time saver and prevents potential errors in saving a document accidentally to the incorrect file.

CONS

No major issues or dislikes at this time.

Qualia review

Daily and weekly reports that are set up automatically. Compared to our previous software, i would call this the cadillac of title software.

PROS

The features seem easy to use and follow. We have not been on the software long but it seems to be exactly what we were looking for when we checked out the demo. This helped solve our title insurance splits. We like that clients can log on to the portal and view the title tracker. You can move to each section with ease. Also the integration with our underwriters is amazing. it is a one stop shop without have to leave and go to a different website to obtain info to input. the Support time and training have been amazing and very helpful.

CONS

It is time consuming to get our specific docs loaded and smart tagged.

Switch to Qualia now and thank me later

Incredible. Qualia's interface intuitiveness make the transition from another software to Qualia seamless. The onboarding program is extremely helpful and there are numerous articles and how-to videos available within the software for seemingly every function available through Qualia. Perhaps the greatest attribute of Qualia is the support team. I have never waited longer than two or three rings for a Qualia support agent to answer my call. They have all been a pleasure to work with and very knowledgable.

PROS

The intuitiveness and streamlined user interface.

CONS

I do not like that some of the features that are available through Qualia, mainly the access portal for real-estate agents and clients, are only available through Qualia Connect at an additional price.

Qualia Review

It has been a very enjoyable experience working with the Qualia people and learning more about the system.

PROS

I can not name one area of Qualia that I like better than the other. It is amazing piece of software for our industry. I started in this business before we used computers so I have depended on others to teach me the software. This SYSTEM is so easy to use that you do not need to stress over accomplishing the tasks for any file that you are working on. You can switch easily from 1 file to another without losing any information. The Company that I work for , DV Abstract, has been using this system for about 5 months now and we are constantly learning additional ways that this system . Your work is never lost. I have a daughter that works for a title company in Orlando that I am trying to get them to look at Qualia. They deal with a lot of New Construction and this system would be amazing for them. IN FACT , I will be in Florida the end of December into 1/2019 and I hoping that maybe I can get a chance to show them this system.

CONS

The only thing that I wish that I could do is drop and drag in my drop box folders from Qualia. I can drop and drag into Qualia but not the other way around.

My overall experience is a 9.

PROS

What I like most about this program is that it is user-friendly. I am very tech-savvy so working with programs like this one makes my life so much easier and makes my work more enjoyable.

CONS

What I don't like most about this program is I wish it was more user-friendly for our clients that are not tech-savvy. Also, for our regular clients, it would be nice if they didn't have to have to repeat the same tasks on every order we open for them. If they can have their own portfolio to see what active orders they have and have their own portfolio with a list of their pipeline would make it a seamless flow I think.

Two Step Factor Authentication Huge Inconvenience

The customer service has always been outstanding. I am very happy about the overall turnaround time in resolving issues. The reps are always very pleasant.

PROS

It's integration with other closing software. We have not come across any discrepancies with rate calculations or endorsements.

CONS

There is no way to customize the software to your specific needs. For example, I handle title policies only so I would like the Policy Info & Rates page to be my default page when pulling up a file. There also needs to be a note section added to the existing Activity portion for the user to add specific notes & updates to the file. That way, I (and others) can see exactly where I left off on the file and refer back to the last note (Example: Spoke to the lender on 12/23. They need to update title commitment by 12/28. Emailed Jane for the commitment).

Qualia is the Best!

PROS

My favorite part of Qualia is the ease of use. When I started with our company they had been using it for a little under a year so it was still newer to them. It's a very easy program to navigate - everything is laid out nicely and once given basic instructions it's not hard to be able to dive in for yourself and mess with it and easily figure out where everything is.

CONS

The things that could probably stand to be improved are lag time. You will enter an address in the address field and select one that auto populates but it cuts out half of the address. Very minute details.

Love it!!!

Great Real Estate Software

PROS

Ease and Efficiency from not only the Title Production but also Escrow and Accounting. Daily Reconciliation is a breeze. Making the decision to use this software for our Real Estate business was the best decision I made.

Excellent Product

PROS

This program is easy to use and offers a variety of options with regards to customizing templates/emails/documents. Allowing multiple users to access one file is amazing and allows for efficiency throughout our office. Thank you ,Qualia!

There are no “cons” for me. If I have any questions, the Qualia staff can be reached very easily!

Experience with Qualia

Overall its been a great working relationship. My only complaint would be the slowness in getting some corrections done.

PROS

I had been using a previous software for several years. Knew it very well. After a few days of familiarizing myself with Qualia it was very easy to jump in and get started.

CONS

There's still some corrections that need to be made to owner and lender policies

Made our lives easier

PROS

I love the ease of using this program. My favorite is being able to print out envelopes & labels all from the same site, as well as being able to email people within the file. It's organized and easy to use.

CONS

The set up of documents was a little time consuming, however, once I figured out how to do it, it wasn't too bad.

Reasons for switching to Qualia

We were just getting bogged down with Titlesoft. It was slow and so out of date. We needed something faster for each person in our office. It's nice that all users can essentially be in the same file at the same time in Qualia. It's very user friendly.
