Pros/Cons
Pros
- This product is AMAZING, and makes my life so much easier. I get praised on the speedy and accurate work I always do; and a big part of it is the awesome resources I have within Qualia.
- The communication we are able to use through the portal has been super great. I have never worked with a program like this until now and would HIGHLY Recommend it to anyone.
- Its very modern and easy to navigate. Then the best this is that their customer support is above par, they are always ready to help and assist if there is something you cant figure out.
Cons
- The Customer Service reps are 9 times out of 10 clueless and extremely unknowledgeable about the software system.
- Sometimes it takes longer than it should or just doesn't work at all, so I'll have to refresh the internet page I'm in or restart the whole computer.
- There is no "UNDO" button. I seem to accidentally delete things and not easy to recreate.
Pros
- Outstanding customer service; great value. The program is intuitive to use and has many useful features.
- What I like about Rent Manager the most is that it is easy to use and the customer service is amazing.
- Good program with excellent support, affordable price and great functionality.
Cons
- Fundamental usability flaws mean frustration and unnecessary time spent especially with repetitive tasks, and sore wrists from all the mousing that shouldn't be necessary.
- It's not web based yet...but then again, I tried a web based site and it was terrible. I had such limited features.
- Inexperienced tech support makes it frustrating when they do not know how to handle.
