  • Pros

  • This product is AMAZING, and makes my life so much easier. I get praised on the speedy and accurate work I always do; and a big part of it is the awesome resources I have within Qualia.
  • The communication we are able to use through the portal has been super great. I have never worked with a program like this until now and would HIGHLY Recommend it to anyone.
  • Its very modern and easy to navigate. Then the best this is that their customer support is above par, they are always ready to help and assist if there is something you cant figure out.
  • Cons

  • The Customer Service reps are 9 times out of 10 clueless and extremely unknowledgeable about the software system.
  • Sometimes it takes longer than it should or just doesn't work at all, so I'll have to refresh the internet page I'm in or restart the whole computer.
  • There is no "UNDO" button. I seem to accidentally delete things and not easy to recreate.

  • The integration with your bank account for EFT payments is great. The ability to manage your documents - leases and attach to a tenant is great.
  • I love the simplicity of the program and how user-friendly it is. The integration was also super easy and I was able to set it up with the help of an amazing Yardi team.
  • A great addition to the Yardi lineup for Small to mid-sized real estate clients. Great implementation group and excellent customer service.
  • Cons

  • Meaning, each month once charges are posted you have to go search for those negative charges and manually apply them. That's IF your monthly charges post automatically.
  • There were a few glitches. I encountered one with the Receivables where I could not see them and had to manually post unable to use the Future Monthly Charges.
  • But that took weeks to get done. Honestly a horrible onboarding experience and I would go with appfolio if I had to do it all over again.
