Baseline is worth the look if you want to save time and money while getting a superior product.
Baseline has been a refreshing experience for us. Instead of working with a company that would tell us what you see is what you get Baseline was willing to listen to our needs as a lender/servicer and come up custom solutions and numerous efficiencies that save out team precious time.
PROSTheir product is what we needed and not a bunch of add-ons that have no particular use to us. Baseline also had several efficiencies that saved us a ton of time and manual inputting.
CONSWe don't have any complaints as of yet. Baseline is still rolling out features so it may be earlier on the product development side but we are excited about this as they are more than willing to accept your input.

We had a better Interaction with the owners of Baseline which enabled us to get the development we needed on a timely manner and not outsourced to a third party.
