  • Pros

  • Great tool for our teams and easy for them to understand their property reviews. We use the ChatExec feature as well and love it.
  • It's great having the dashboard to login to for quick and easy review monitoring and online directory access.
  • Cons

  • My company uses it as a tool of negative reinforcement.
  • This can be confusing and time consuming to figure out that they are not new as they may seem but previously responded reviews.
