i think there setup was a little plain visually but the software itself lacked a variety of integrating platforms but apart from that it was fine.

I think it's a fantastic way to check the reviews I have and also to answer them, there are a lot of helpers like templates or AI helper in answers so now answering reviews is easy and fast! And we are growing the rating. Also, it's so cool to know my real rate to have more context.

I really like everything, and maybe what they need to change is some graphics because they are difficult to read, but the functionalities are all really cool.

No cons at the moment. Even the price is right.

Before finding this app, I spent hours trying to build an Excel spreadsheet that would show me how far I was from my goal (a task I failed). For that price, the delivery of this app to give this app is ABSURD. It costs every penny (which isn't a lot, just a few CENTS a month at the time of this review). Imagine how many customers will choose your business because of that small difference of 0.1 compared to others. Knowing the exact amount of reviews missing for the next level is extremely rewarding and motivating.

It's cheap and straight to the point. The integration with the Google My Business works very well.

Actually I didn't see any cons from this app, exept for a minor bug in rounding the review score, but it's probaly fixed.
