Early on, the graphic interface was a bit confusing for some users.

I like the graphic interface which follows my location using my phone's GPS.

M worried the data collected will be used to decide how long tasks should take in my department. Task in my department can and do range all over the place, so aggregates have little to no value.

Although we have been using the nrby app for a short time, I can already see tremendous benefits as it relates to managing my manpower, budget, projects and technicians safety to name a few.

Being cloud based, there is no need for complicated VPNs. The operating costs are very manageable and easy to justify based upon the increase in process efficiencies we have seen.

Ve been very satisfied with Nrby overall Seems to make it easier to see who completed work and track what has been completed.

It is easy to use and understand and the software is always being improved on.

Like being able to track and have instant status of remote equipment. Also like being able track certain parameters over time.

Very user friendly for our company to implement and use on a daily basis. This program gives us the ability to keep track of all that is going on and anything that needs addressed over a large area.

Pins sometimes disappears. Set a pin at the start of a job, and it disappears when you go back in to close it.

The GUI is simple, easy to use, and well laid out. The development team has been amazing at adding new features upon our request, and are really responsive.

The phone app that we use is very slow and will close on it's own and the info you were trying to put in a pin will be lost.

Hard to incorporate two steps for work orders; Not as easy to write maintenance records without having to create a work order first.

Some devices are not working properly and some devices that are in the same area as other devices are going offline while the others are not.

The initial setup was a little time consuming, but once everything was uploaded, all of our information is there and readily available. The assets are very easy to access.

Inability to sort the display to show the equipment in numerical order on I Phones.

We have recovered two pieces of stolen equipment within hours of them being taken. This alone paid for the system.

Saving us on wasting money purchasing equipment/tools that we already have; helps plan future projects and what we will need available; helps reduce theft or loss.

The customer service is top notch, there is always someone available to answer your questions.

I get glitches every now and then not sure if it’s a internet problem or the cell phone app.

It is nice to be able to reach someone live by phone for questions whenever needed, every employee I have had conversation with have been extremely nice and helpful.

I love how Tenna works overall and I love being able to track my equipment, inventory, and tools in one place with a lot of the data easy to get too.

Relatively easy to use and very helpful support service. Allows to have a lot of equipment uploaded, so easier to control.

It has been hard at times, but I know they are working on making it better and I love that they are open to feedback. The product itself is good and worth checking out to see if it fits your company.

Also, the permissions is a hard area to navigate and figure out how to work.

I really like how organized the software is and if can't figure something out or need help our Tenna CS is always on top of it.
