- The vast feature set is the best part of this software. The granularity in the amount of information you can capture is impressive.
- Technical support is fantastic when an issue does arise.
Cons
- Completely derails the the program when a system update takes place. So, when you have multiple computers that need to get reconfigured after an update, it's extremely difficult to make that happen.
- The subscription model was added after we purchased a licensed version. It created a lot of frustration in our IT department.
Pros
- Flexibility and high performance are the most loved features for us. The fact that we are not using it very effectively is also a ramen of suggestions and guidance.
- It's an inexpensive solution that's easy to configure for searching of complex content like major support portals.
Cons
- Installation & Configuration is something I have struggled a bit especially while upgrading to a higher version.
- Can suffer from 5 V problems that are Velocity, Veracity, Value, Volume and Variety. Query is less flexible than SQL query.
