  • Pros

  • I've used several GPS platforms in the past. This is by far the most user friendly and I'm lucky to have a great support crew at Azuga to help me with any issues/questions I have.
  • Ease of use and great customer service. We also enjoy the simplicity of the software as it is so user-friendly.
  • Overall the software and devices have worked amazing the beacon cards that detects the drivers that are driving on each vehicle is just great too how everything worked seamlessly.
  • Cons

  • To begin with there were issues with battery of vehicles being drained due to device. As well as simple trouble shooting issues.
  • Loss of reporting in remote areas, and the mobile app wont auto update a searched vehicle you have to return to the home screen and search again to get updated location.
  • Only 4 months in I sent an email completely disappointed with service stating that I felt lied to by the sales team and that I would not recommend their services.

  • Overall, my experience has been very good. Customer service is quite good and they really do work to make the customer happy.
  • I tried the free trial of MA and was instantly impressed, it just works! and is very easy to use. I moved onto the cost effective paid version and have been impressed with it so far.
  • Having the ability to have all information in one database is extremely important for our company during our audits. This product is very good.
  • Cons

  • I quit using Fiix about 4 months into our second year. Lots of time lost entering in the information sadly.
  • Fiix support seems to be very limited. For example, the search function in RFQs does not search the supplier, it is searching an address field, rendering it virtually useless.
  • They have also refused to refund monies we paid for training despite acknowledging that the training has not been done - which is just theft.
