Pros/Cons
Pros
- I've used several GPS platforms in the past. This is by far the most user friendly and I'm lucky to have a great support crew at Azuga to help me with any issues/questions I have.
- Ease of use and great customer service. We also enjoy the simplicity of the software as it is so user-friendly.
- Overall the software and devices have worked amazing the beacon cards that detects the drivers that are driving on each vehicle is just great too how everything worked seamlessly.
Cons
- To begin with there were issues with battery of vehicles being drained due to device. As well as simple trouble shooting issues.
- Loss of reporting in remote areas, and the mobile app wont auto update a searched vehicle you have to return to the home screen and search again to get updated location.
- Only 4 months in I sent an email completely disappointed with service stating that I felt lied to by the sales team and that I would not recommend their services.
Pros
- On top of all the great tools this GPS system offers, the customer service was better than any customer service I have ever worked with. Lindsey was my rep and I feel like now we are good friends.
- Thanks for all that you do and the help that you have provided us. Because of this program, we have saved money in gasoline, labor, and insurance.
- GPS insight was super easy to set up, super easy to use, has so many features that are beneficial to a company, and is super affordable.
Cons
- Some GPS units will get lost and during that down time we cant track the route of the truck. And to be able to fix it the tech requires us to have the truck with us to trouble shoot it.
- The only problem I have experienced is one of the units came loose and was losing communication with the server.
- The fact the the tracking is not always use to find the driver but it can be used to get a driver into trouble for being in a location.
