  • Pros

  • Customer support has been very helpful to us and he is always keeping up with the workflow. Overall it has been an AWESOME experience.
  • Jolt is amazing, I've used it with several companies that I have worked for and it is the only program I CONTINUALLY RECCOMEND. Great program and even better customer service.
  • The modular ability of being able to build what you need is great. Setting up pushes for the lists and forms at specific times is a great tool to help keep the team on track daily.
  • Cons

  • It can be difficult to delete a lost from the daily to-do checklist once it has been added.
  • This software can be a bit confusing to learn, including learning how to navigating through all of the features.
  • I thought I had walked into the wrong restaurant.

  • Easy to understand, easy to use, even if my job is not to manage the payroll employees. Support team is awesome, ready to help and available at any time.
  • Ease of use, fantastic support, and a very extensive Knowledge Base. It has divided our time spent on payrolls by a tenfold.
  • Awesome for work absences because we have a view of all absences in our team on a calendar. The view of remaining days if’s clear and well detailed.
  • Cons

  • I experienced wrongly calculated payslip during a sick leave.
  • Sometimes it is difficult to find some options.
  • At the end of the month the platform is slower and sometimes even crushes.
