Pros/Cons
Pros
- Customer support has been very helpful to us and he is always keeping up with the workflow. Overall it has been an AWESOME experience.
- Jolt is amazing, I've used it with several companies that I have worked for and it is the only program I CONTINUALLY RECCOMEND. Great program and even better customer service.
- The price is great and the training/support has been top notch. There is a ton of flexibility and customization in the system and we are really excited about all of the things Jolt can help us do.
Cons
- It can be difficult to delete a lost from the daily to-do checklist once it has been added.
- This software can be a bit confusing to learn, including learning how to navigating through all of the features.
- I thought I had walked into the wrong restaurant.
Pros
- I like the fact you do not need to be great with a pc to complete the assessments on the system. I find it clear and easy to find materials, suppliers and documentation.
- I've only used the software for the last year and a half. The functionality is good and the maintenance of documents is amazing.
- Electronic food safety and quality management system. Very happy to hear that we have a software platform to manage quality and food safety programs.
Cons
- Risk is still a bit confusing to me, just need to rewatch the tutorials.
- Frustration with generating some reports to understand my actions.
- Our growers struggle on how to manage their paperwork for the supplier portal side.
