BlueStrata EHR is a cloud-based solution for the Long-Term Care industry. Primary features include core clinical, point of care, eMAR, billing, accounting and business intelligence. It provides online storage of medical, financial and facility records.

The core clinical module provides facility and resident dashboard, progress notes and charts, care plans, physician orders, drug interactions and clinical reports. The point of care module provides documentation of real-time resident care. The eMAR feature allows nurses and Certified Medical Assistants to document the medications, vital signs and set alerts.

BlueStrata EHR provides business analytics and multi-site comparisons using drag and drop technology. It offers integration with pharmacy interface, claims clearinghouses, rehab interfaces, health information exchanges, labs and X-rays, HIPAA Compliant Messaging and dietary solutions.

Support is offered via email and over the phone. Other help options include training via an account manager, training manuals, web demos and videos.

Excellent LTC software

We have been very pleased with the Bluestrata software, both financial and clinical. We are a mgmt company with 5 homes using the software. It's very easy to use, intuitive, and easy to train the office staff on. I mostly deal with the AR & Billing, and the AP & GL. The software does exactly what we need it to do, and provides the reports we need as well. The best part is the support staff at Bluestrata. If you have a question, you don't have to "take a number". You get to talk to someone right away and they are nice and always respond right there on that call, or they call or email you back promptly.

Very positive experience

Holiday Resort began implementation of the full EHR suite of BlueStrata in 2014. We were pleased with the training process and have remained pleased with the ease of use of the software for all levels of staff.
