Can text-message filipino worked through app, even on free mode. Messaging/chat options are way better than other messaging apps.

The time clock integration with shift scheduler has been a great tool in keeping track of the ongoing projects.

Sheduling is great as you can set up to 12 months ahead with each job. Cost is great for the options you get.

It literally does everything - timeclock, communication, directory, analytics, task assignments, scheduling, mobile friendly, easy to use, looks sleek, can be tailored to certain groups or teams.

Connecting and engaging  our non desk employees which has never been so seamless before.

Ease of use and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. Too bad all companies don't model the same customer service like chen and connect team.

I was expecting to have some major push back against using this new software with our ski club, but I was SO impressed with how much everybody liked this.

It is feature rich, and very affordable. Worth every penny, and I am so happy that I stumbled across this.

I love the interface that consistently loads and works...not unlike other team management apps.

The only thing I can say is that we have noticed a slight delay in notifications. By slight, I mean a minute or so sometimes.

The most I like on the software is the beautiful design of the desk version and the app. With integration of our logo, all our employees like the app.

The inability for the employees to update their submitted expenses. The expense must be submitted again so duplicates are created in the process.

I had some questions and feature requests early on and their support team was very responsive and professional.

The rollout and the customer support has been great. They are very responsive to my learning the app and to troubleshooting with me.

The inability to synchronize with a personal calendar is a fatal flaw, and seemingly not something that would require reinventing the wheel.

Hardly can i mention  a dislike if the software.

They will talk to you about what your looking for, what kind of business you have and are honest about which aspects will work best for you and your company.

Customer Service was beyond excellent, refreshing  for a change. Other companies would benefit to mentor after your customer service.

Very active and nice Support team. With many things to offer from help to memes.

There are still missing features, but after each update, the product gets closer and closer to fix all my problems.

The software is only for the team and there are no many options for the customers of the business.

The second is to allow API access. Third, allow staff to be assigned jobs with a value which can then be paid via Stripe.

Support walks you through live support. Which is very helpful since it takes too many steps.

I have trained many nurses on the program and because it has a strong intuitive aspect of the software, the training is quite easy, even for nurses who are naïve to the program.

You can't search a total database of residents or clientele on those whom have meds due. This is very frustrating for a number of reasons you may need that info.

The comprehensive ability of the software :  assessments, care/service planning, medication management and the ease of use of the software.

A decent gui meaning everything that is. Accessible in thee app is easily acessable.

I love the support model because it provides a quick resolution while the user is on the all with the support person. I feel my experience and knowledge is respected.

Eldermark has been easy to work with and have always been professional, courteous and very helpful.

This product is extremely user friendly. Once you learn your way around the program it's great to make corrections or add or subtract any information that is incorrect.

That it is not web based. Finding customizations in user set up roles can be hard to navigate.

It has so many awesome functions. Pretty much if you can think it, Eldermark has a way to make it happen.

The support team is the best; they are always quick to respond and follow up. The overall ease of the product from a user standpoint is also great.

I love that there are modules to cover most areas of operations and that they are all integrated. Data is made useful through widgets on their dashboard website.

Eldermark is top notch and their customer service is above and beyond.

You only get to see what medication are due in a current time period and once a med is passed you can't go back and see what you gave it could be dangerous if a mistake was made.

Overall, working with Eldermark has been a great experience. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, professional, but easy to work with.

My only complaint is how it will kick us out sometimes.
