Can text-message filipino worked through app, even on free mode. Messaging/chat options are way better than other messaging apps.

The time clock integration with shift scheduler has been a great tool in keeping track of the ongoing projects.

Sheduling is great as you can set up to 12 months ahead with each job. Cost is great for the options you get.

It literally does everything - timeclock, communication, directory, analytics, task assignments, scheduling, mobile friendly, easy to use, looks sleek, can be tailored to certain groups or teams.

Connecting and engaging  our non desk employees which has never been so seamless before.

Ease of use and the customer service is TOP NOTCH. Too bad all companies don't model the same customer service like chen and connect team.

I was expecting to have some major push back against using this new software with our ski club, but I was SO impressed with how much everybody liked this.

It is feature rich, and very affordable. Worth every penny, and I am so happy that I stumbled across this.

I love the interface that consistently loads and works...not unlike other team management apps.

The only thing I can say is that we have noticed a slight delay in notifications. By slight, I mean a minute or so sometimes.

The most I like on the software is the beautiful design of the desk version and the app. With integration of our logo, all our employees like the app.

The inability for the employees to update their submitted expenses. The expense must be submitted again so duplicates are created in the process.

I had some questions and feature requests early on and their support team was very responsive and professional.

The rollout and the customer support has been great. They are very responsive to my learning the app and to troubleshooting with me.

The inability to synchronize with a personal calendar is a fatal flaw, and seemingly not something that would require reinventing the wheel.

Hardly can i mention  a dislike if the software.

They will talk to you about what your looking for, what kind of business you have and are honest about which aspects will work best for you and your company.

Customer Service was beyond excellent, refreshing  for a change. Other companies would benefit to mentor after your customer service.

There are still missing features, but after each update, the product gets closer and closer to fix all my problems.

The software is only for the team and there are no many options for the customers of the business.

The second is to allow API access. Third, allow staff to be assigned jobs with a value which can then be paid via Stripe.

The most frustrating part of Vision is that it was very hard to get meaningful data out of it.

Vision is cumbersome, it is difficult to use with Assisted Living even though it is advertised.

Reports, inability to pull the information you want from the record.

Sometimes I want to quit my job because this system is so terrible.

Very difficult to get any sort of custom reporting.

Customer service has virtually ignored complaints or has helped us with system fixes.

Entry screens not very intuitive, new users complain it's not friendly.

Difficult to deal with the consultants sometimes.

Easy to use, meet the requirements in our skilled nursing facility.

Ive used this program while working as an MDS resource for Avalon and Deseret. Pros, it is a nice looking interface.

Audit trail reports appear on menu but rarely work. Billing processes are not streamlined, but improvements have been made.

We use this across the continuum of care at our corporation which works well for continuation of care.

Their cloud hosting solution is reliable and stable. And they have some DR functionality to allow us to know that even in a major outage, we'll be able to continue on through.
