### About Dart Chart

DART Chart is cloud-based long-term care solution designed for care provides. It helps them to automate the medicare reimbursement process with care documentation and financial analytics tools.

DART Chart helps care providers to generate reports based on patient care documentation, including daily resource utilization group (RUG) scores, activities of daily living (ADL) index calculations, therapy minutes and more. These reports help administrators to manage the minimum data set (MDS) assessments necessary for their facility to meet medicare reimbursement requirements.

Additionally, DART Chart includes a risk analysis system that helps users to identify warning signs for ailing residents and enables them to reduce hospital readmissions. It provides automatic notifications when staff observations indicate that a patient’s health status has changed and that the patient may require additional attention from nurses.

DART Chart can integrate with various electronic health records (EHR) systems. Support is offered via phone and email.
