occasional problems with patients crossing from our system to their worklist. quickly resolved by customer support

Ability to upload screen shots of issues. Log on / check status of issue . I receive an email that my request has been submitted, when it has been viewed & a solution has been proposed.

Can't think of anything major. On some of the reports, the font size could be larger.

Overall a good EMR from my point, every product has its problems/glitches.

Easy to use, and a good EMR from the finance side.

I wish the speed was faster, and I could bill it when its rebilled-in real time- not the next day.

Reporting- reports should be easier to generate, the process is very cumbersome. Print Medical Record... takes too long to populate.

Being able to re-open journal entries instead of having to do an adjusting entry.

The report writer to create reports & report writer maintenance needs to be more user friendly.
