Nothing but problems since implementing. Support has been trying to help out, but there are only so many weeks we want to hear "we're looking into it" before it becomes a frustration on every level.
Not much...very cumbersome since none of the census, rosters or forms are available at the Corporate level. Doing anything in census takes 6-7 times longer than it did in our previous software.
During our review of this product we asked questions several times about customization and were assured that reports and forms, etc. would be completely customized to our facility. Now that we are under contract and stuck with the product, we find out the customization will only happen if other facilities request the same customization. This is only one example of how we were mislead during review of the product.
